What happened
[REDACTED] tripped over a dust pan along the wall of here assigned work area. She fell forward landing partially on her face. [REDACTED] [REDACTED] is currently working with Mortenson Dental on short term and long term solutions to this issue. Originally diagnosed as something to follow up on. X-Rays were initially negative. Other issues occurred when her crown capped tooth was forcibly removed from the tooth base and or original implant base. It 's our understanding that the glue to keep the crown on was extra grip in nature. It possibly pulled more than just the crown when removing it which may have exasperated the issue further.
