Before the incident

EE leaned into the pick location to retrieve a box from the back of the pallet. As he was coming back out of the pick location EE hit his head on the beam above him. EE was not aware of his surroundings while he was picking under racking. Also he did not use a pick hook to retrieve the carton from the back of the pallet
