What happened

Associate was using company issued safety cutter to slice shrink wrap on a pallet of dirt. Left hand was low and pulling wrap while right hand with cutter was high and cutting downward. Cutter lost contact with wrap and came down into left hand causing deep cut.

Laceration to back of left hand from pinky to index finger. Required stitches.
