What happened

Once the dock ramp was lowered the associate was in the same position and the dock ramp landed and crushed associates right foot

Injury or illness

Associate A was inside the trailer helping to extend the lip of the dock ramp. When associates B and C stood on the dock ramp to lower it Associate A was still in position and the dock ramp crushed his right foot.
