[REDACTED] was working on the dock on [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] he injured himself. [REDACTED] came to me at [REDACTED] informing me he was injured. [REDACTED] informed me he injured his right eye while handling a box. [REDACTED] said he was loading boxes just inside a trailer when he lost his grip on a box. [REDACTED] said the box then hit him in his right eye.
