Picking

What happened

Associate was picking at location [REDACTED] on a DPJ. The front pallet was being pulled from location and injured associate was helping the operator by pushing the back two pallets off the front pallet. When stepping back into the aisle associate tripped on the plastic that was attached to the picking pallet. She said her right arm and right leg also hurt from the fall. Upon arrival there was a bump scratch on her head and there were cold compresses applied.
