What happened

A CNH employee driving a Clark forklift reversed into a rack the impact pushed the rack into the temporary associate and pinned him between the rack and cart. His leg twisted into an uncomfortable position causing the knee sprain and ankle pain. The rack hit his shin resulting in bruising.
