[REDACTED] was lifting a box of heavy parts to knees level when she twisted and turned while still bent over.

What happened

Associate heard and felt a pop in her back. When she went to sit back down she started to have pain and numbness in her lower back and legs. As the day went on it progessively got worse and requested to be seen by medical personnel. Associate was given prescription medication and received modified duty.
