Opening a drawer to grab a tool.

What happened

FSE went to grap a tool from install tool box. Drawer would not open due to a binder falling behind another drawer. This prevented drawer from fully closing. With drawer not able to close no other drawer would open. FSE attempted to remove open drawer from rails to gain access to back of tool box so that binder could be removed. While working to release tabs that attach drawer to rails FSE cut hand on screwdriver in tool box.
