Tried to lower trailer because it was too high. At customer location

What happened

Had to put full weight into it. Then felt and heard ribs & back crack several times. Says she is sore moving slowly but still working. Says when she breathes in feels a little like having the wind knocked out of her. Said pain is not excruciating more like a muscle spasm. No plans to go to the doctor but will if situation worsens.
