Employee was brewing tea- added a filter and tea grinds to the BUNN machine to make tea

What happened

Employee was brewing tea and noticed some tea grinds collecting on the side and the water was no longer dripping through the funnel. Employee grabbed the funnel which was full with boiling water and tea grinds and spilled maily over employee 's left side of the body.
