What happened

Our driver was at Wayne Industries reloading his trailer with empty pallets coming back to [REDACTED]. The forklift operator brought over a stack that was too tall to be loaded on our truck. The forklift operator split the stack in half on the ground. In doing so the top two pallets on the bottom stack became off center. Our driver was attempting to pull the top two pallets back to center. When the driver was attempting to center the skids the skids shifted and fell on his finger.
