[REDACTED] operator was moving boxes off his forklift onto a pallet on the floor (he stated they were under 50 lbs.). As he was moving the boxes he thought he had pinched a nerve. He did not say anything until the end of his shift ([REDACTED]) and told his Team Lead that he would not be in on [REDACTED]. He wanted to just relax over the weekend.
