What happened

An associate had thrown an empty box into the above conveyor that takes cardboard to the bailer. The box had got stuck on the edge of the conveyor. In an attempt to dislodge the box she tried to reach up with her hand above her shoulders and push if the rest of the way onto the conveyor. In the process she felt her shoulder pop and reported that her arm was hurting. She was sent to the clinic to be checked out.
