on [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] the driver had emptied a 40yd break away container at NEP when he tried to close the door he felt a pop pinching sensation in his upper left shoulder neck area. He finished the rest of his route and left for the day at [REDACTED]. He notified [REDACTED] supervisor and manager by text at [REDACTED] [REDACTED] that he had hurt himself and thought it would be fine but the pain had gotten worse throughout the day. He notified me at [REDACTED] [REDACTED] that the pain had gotten worse and he couldn 't make it to work. He was taken to Concentra by supervisor to be evaluated.
