What happened

On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] REL driver climbed on the back of REL [REDACTED] [REDACTED]. He was adjusting the rear camera because it was no longer pointing at the ears of the container he was trying to dump. He thought he had room to reach the camera but when he had climbed up he realized that he could not reach it. He reached around to the controls to move the bar out of the way. The bar moved faster than he expected and s[REDACTED] him in the forehead above the left eye causing a laceration approximately 2cm long. Driver was brought to urgent care where he was treated and received stitches.
