[REDACTED] was posturing on another patient at Day area of the ward Threatening the other pt Staff member tried to De escalate the patient and the [REDACTED] clenched fist and come straight to the staff swinging on him at that time This staff intervene by telling the patient to stop and the pt continued to throw punch ending up on injuring the other staff who was taken to ER and this staff too was hit on the Left Hip and Knee while containing the [REDACTED].
