What happened

Patient was in open ARS and was requesting restroom before being transported to [REDACTED]. Patient was let into restroom. On the way out of the restroom patient started punching me in the head around 5x. Patient was then escorted to the restraint chair. After patient assaulted I asked security to help put him in the chair and I was told by security that were just here to assist. I then stated that I was just assaulted and he still said were just here to assist. I was then told to go into the nurse 's station to take a break.
