Before the incident

At the tail-end of an illegal encampment cleanup the unhoused gentleman 's dog snapped at and bit my thumb as I walked by them. It was an unprovoked incident and the dog was fine the entire time we were in the encampment. Just feel like it was a one-off incident where the dog may have felt overwhelmed with so many strangers in its area and I perhaps walked to closely to the gentleman and his dog.
