While coming down the ladder after cleaning the tops of the flavor bins TM tweaked her right ankle Occ Health is closed on the weekend but she was offered an OrthoLive evaluation which she declined She subsequently sought treatment at the ER over the weekend where they wrapped her ankle She declined an Occ Health appointment on the following [REDACTED] and then sought additional treatment on her own via Urgent Care on [REDACTED]
