Before the incident

I was in front of the clearance 4ways around [REDACTED]. My flattop cart was full with no upc bins and boxes. As I was getting ready to price the clearance a sound bar fell off the bottom of the cart. I bent to pick it up and placed it to the front side of the cart so it would be secure in the box. When I went to rise a pain gripped through my back. Left side mid. Like a Charlie horse. I stayed at work in hopes that it would lessen. I took an early break to take [REDACTED] and drink some water. I continued to work in hopes it would lessen with the pain reliever. I also ate hoping that it would help. I texted my husband while I was in office to have him come up as I felt I could not continue to work through the pain. I went for the ER and they are not recommending me to return until [REDACTED] as it?s hard for me to sit stand and breathe deeply.

I bent to pick it up and placed it to the front side of the cart so it would be secure in the box. When I went to rise a pain gripped through my back. Left side mid. Like a Charlie horse.
