EE was helping Merchandiser fill Walmart [REDACTED] in [REDACTED]. While he was filling the shelf with 6pk glass CocaCola he was pulling a 6pk of glass out of the case and it caught on another 6 pk bottle in the case. That bottle then fell on the floor and it shattered and a piece of that went into his eye.
