Before the incident

[REDACTED] was working in the Larges area in Receiving she went to pull a pallet of cartons that was about 6 feet high. When she went to pull on the pallet the pallet would not move. It was stuck on another pallet of cartons behind it

What happened

When she pulled hard she felt a pain in her shoulder back neck area. She is hearing a crackling sound when she rotates her shoulder. Her collar bone shoulder is hurting.
