Before the incident

Removing bolts from speed up wheel to remove and replace wheel.

What happened

After removing bolts from the wheel EE realized he needed more tools. He retrieved more tools came back to the job and began to position himself on the backside of the machine. In doing this he placed his hand on top of the wheel. The wheel then slid off of the hub and smashed his fingers between the top lip of the wheel and the spacer.
