What happened

Door 64 was a load of seven foot mirrors. They were loaded sideways on the trailer instead of length wise. Associate was pushing a mirror towards the rear of the trailer when three mirror fell forward pushing the associate 's face into the mirror he was pushing. Associate has bruising on his nose.
