Employee was hanging a IV on IV pole when pole moved catching the bottom of her scrubs which were too long employee had both hands up on the pole and when the pole moved catching her scrub pants caused employee to fall to left ankle knee hip shoulder elbow and hit head on floor causing pain in left elbow lower back hip head and neck.
