Before the incident

Changing out bag of lime for D 'sulf ladle.

What happened

EE lifted lime bag up to dump remainder of lime into hopper. EE lifted bag a little too high causing lime to drop creating a puff of lime dust to go everywhere. This is what got on the EE face. He then went to melt deck below the feeder and got some of the unsettled lime dust down his back and on his arms which resulted in a rash all over his body.
