Patent was aggressive all morning long but tried to console and make PT comfortable. Patent became Violent and aggressive spitting biting and kicking using foul language. Patient finally went to sleep. Once patient woke up they were agitated and wanted to leave. Patient kicked EE in the breast and stomach with a force that hurt. Patient was Put in a hard restraint.
