[REDACTED] was given an IM. [REDACTED] began to pace and started yelling because blood from the IM injection site got on their jacket. EE asked patient to wait for 1:1 sitter to come so staff can get a band aid. PT exposed shoulder in which IM injection was given stating that blood is getting everywhere. EE informed patient there was only a little bit of blood coming from the injection site. [REDACTED] became irate and started putting her hands in staff faces. When EE and security asked patient to back up and stop yelling in our faces. [REDACTED] verbalized I wanna see you calm down when you have blood on you and put bloody shoulder on EE 's forearm. Security help redirect patient. [REDACTED] was educated on personal boundaries. [REDACTED] was educated on next steps if behavior continued to escalate.
