Taking Cores off oven to place on pallet.

What happened

EE had hand on oven belt then turned head away while bringing core to pallet from oven. While he was not looking the came apart from the glue attaching two cores together. The EE 's hand was under the core when it fell on his left hand crushing it between the falling core and oven belt causing a laceration to the top of his hand.
