What happened

EE was holding patient 's body when the patient was being moved from the OR table after ceserean section to place board under patient. Patient fell off the table and EE prevented PT from falling to the floor. Held patient for a few minutes while staff was trying to move OR table and get Hoover mat. Used Hoover mat to get patient off the floor into the stretcher.
