Before the incident

Walking from my unit to get shuttle to my car

What happened

EE was leaving work through the door leading to the shuttle pickup. As EE pushed open door EE tripped at the door frame and caught themselves before falling on the floor by grabbing door and steadying themselves. As EE composed themselves EE went to take a few steps forward when EE felt a pop along with severe pain and weakness of left knee.. EE took a few more steps to grab onto building post.
