What happened

[REDACTED] was inside a Furniture trailer moving a Mason Storage Cabinet SKU 64697618 for the SEA load. He was loading it with [REDACTED] [REDACTED] and [REDACTED] when he hurt his back. They were team lifting the cabinet to move it to the tail of the truck and when [REDACTED] bent over to lift it from the bottom he felt the immediate “Hot ripping pain” in the lower right side of his back. He felt tingling from his right elbow to right fingertips and down to his right leg. He reiterated the hot sharp pain in his back.
