Driving the forklift over to the propane tank refill area outside.

What happened

Employee lifted propane tank out of cage and set it on the ground. He then lifted it to his hip area while his knees were bent. He then extended and straightened his legs to put tank on the truck. When he did this he heard a pop and dropped the tank on the floor.
