What happened

IW was assisting a fellow worker to lower the top pallet of empty plastic bottles from a double stack of materials. As the top pallet dropped to the floor the pallet fell into the IW and she braced herself against the pallet catching her right thumb and wrist. IW initially was fine but pain developed overnight.
