AROUND [REDACTED] 7 A C DROPPED THEN WENT BACK UP AND DROPPED AGAIN - CM DOESN 'T THINK IT WAS TURBULENCE BUT SOMETHING ELSE. BRACING SELF WITH LEFT ARM HOLD ON TO OVERHEAD BIN AND USING RIGHT ARM STABILIZING SELF HOLDING ON TO PASSENGER SEAT ON AISLE CONTINUED TO WALK TO REACH AFTER JUMPSEAT. STATED THAT PITCH WASN 'T RIGHT FOR LANDING. LEFT ARM HAS BEEN PAINFUL AND STRAINED STRETCHED SINCE WITHOUT OCCASIONAL SHOOTING PAIN.
