While an associate was barring a kiln car into the kiln brick from the top of the car was knocked off by the kiln door coming down on to car prior to car being fully into kiln The brick knocked off associates hard hat and following brick hit associate on top of the head and neck causing a laceration on the top of his head and mild concussion
