I did not witness eventnurse verbalized event as follows I was going to start an IV on the right side of the patientI caught my foot on the wheel of the patient cartI reached out with my right arm to brace myself when I fell to the floor my arm twisted and I heard a crack I did assist nurse off of floor and into wheelchair and escorted nurse via wheelchair to the Emergency Department for evaluation as she could not move her right arm without pain
