[REDACTED] was showing a new employee how to calibrate the epoxy pump.

[REDACTED] was pushing the hand pedal to dispense epoxy to measure the weight and log it. She was also training [REDACTED] so talking her through the process. While hitting the hand pedal with her right hand and holding a cup above her head level with her left hand to catch the epoxy she accidentally moved the cup while talking to [REDACTED] and the epoxy deflected off the cup and got her in the face.

The epoxy caused chemical burns to her left cheek lip and inside her mouth.
