What happened

Employee describes his hands as wet with water. He went to pick up aluminum foil container and his left hand 4th digit slid across the aluminum foil container cutter on the 4th digit side next to the 5th digit. This is when the laceration to the 4th digit occurred. Staff member notified nurse on duty. Employee was seen in the urgent care clinic for sutures. Employee was able to return to work the [REDACTED] with no restrictions.
