Driver pulled over on side of street and was organizing the package in the back of the van.

Driver was helping another driver remove package out of a van to put them in another van. The driver exited the van from the rear onto grass. The ground was uneven but was covered by high grass so not visible. The Driver rolled their left ankle on the uneven surface causing a sprain.
