I was serving a to go meal for an employe as the mash potatoe scoop broke and flung the hot mashed potatoes in the center of my face. I immediatly went to the restroom and cleaned the surface near both eyes as I notice that I had a burn on my left side of my nose as well as redness around both eyes with severe pain in the affected area
