Employee had gone to his doctor [REDACTED] for an appointment. The doctor made a major change in prescriptions to take. Employee took the new dosages of medication and came to work. As he was walking the store he started to have problems with his vision.

Employee went to the office to sit down to see if his condition improved. It did not so he called his doctor 's office and spoke to them. After understanding his condition they instructed to dial [REDACTED] and transport to the ER for drug reaction. EMS came and transported to ER.
