What happened

The employee was stepping off the van while holding the side door with one hand and an envelope in the other He was parked up against the side of the road where he was unaware that someone had smashed a clear Corona bottle The base of the bottle was on the black pavement nearly under the step When exiting the van he stepped onto the fragment of the bottle causing his right ankle to roll He collapsed to the ground but was able to break his fall from maintaining his hold of the door It was later determined that his right tibia bone was chipped as a result of this
