I WENT TO PUSH IN THE AUTOCLAVE CART AND IT WOULD NOT ROLL I LOOKED UNDER THE CART AND IT WAS OFF TRACK. SO I PRECEDED TO LIFT THE CART ENOUGH TO GET IT ON TRACK. AND WHEN I DID IT FELT LIKE ALL OF THE FLESH WAS BEING PULLED OFF OF MY LEFT [REDACTED].....
