What happened

When [REDACTED] was bending the channel he put his finger in the the zone between the part and the punch .Human Resources asked [REDACTED] if ho had done this kind of job before and [REDACTED] said he has but this time he was not paying attention. He was more focused on getting it right instead of paying attention to his fingers. He was holding the channel wrong with his right hand and his middle finger got pinched.
