What happened

[REDACTED] was pulling the first layer of ovens out of a container. This was done before putting the dock plate into the container as the back layer of product is too close to the edge for the plate to fit. As he was pulling an oven he miss-stepped falling between the container and the dock plate. When he fell he scraped his leg on the chassis causing a severe scrape on his left leg.
