Before the incident

[REDACTED] was preparing to unload the robot fixture on the station 2 side of the robot.

What happened

[REDACTED] took one of the boxes out of the robot welding fixture and turned to the conveyor to place the box on the conveyor. [REDACTED] because of her height was forced to extend her arms while lifting the box to place it on the conveyor. When she lifted the box she felt a sharp pain in her middle back.
