WHILE ASSEMBLING BINS THE COLLEAGUE WAS STRUCK WITH A WOOD SIDE WHILE HOISTED IT WITH THE HANDHELD SUCTION VACUUM. THE WOOD PART WAS STUCK TO ANOTHER PART AND WHEN THE COLLEAGUE ATTEMPTED TO SEPERATE THE PARTS THE TOP PART BOUNCED UP HITTING THE COLLEAGUE ON THE CHIN AND SIDE OF HEAD.
