Recordable due to restrictions Physical Therapy and Rx EE was climbing down the starboard side of an AC When he stepped down onto the concrete hangar floor he stepped on a thick power cable that has a plastic coating 5 inch which rolled when he stepped onto it causing him to roll his ankle and fall backwards landing on his buttocks EE felt and heard a pop to his right ankle and is not able to bear weight to walk on it
